Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information L&M Soccer (Athens, Alabama) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at jonathan.lovelady@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Zoom call list. When you join the Zoom call, we collect your email address.
  • Trip registration. If you register for the Spain 2027 tour, we collect the names and ages of the players and adults traveling, plus a contact email and phone number, and any questions or notes you send.
  • Donations. If you give toward the trip, we record the amount and any donor name, email, or message you choose to share. You can give anonymously.
  • Basic site analytics. Like most sites, we use Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data such as pages viewed and general location. This helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the Spain 2027 tour and set up the info call.
  • To plan and run the trip, track who is going, and manage payments and fundraising.
  • To show donor recognition on the site only when a family or donor has given permission. We do not post player or family names without consent.

How we share it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted services to run the site and the trip: Cloudflare (hosting and the database), Resend (email notifications), Google Analytics (usage data), and a third-party tour operator once the trip is confirmed. Your information is shared with these services only as needed to provide the trip.

Children

Player information is provided by a parent or guardian during registration. We collect only what we need to plan the trip. We do not post photos of players until after a trip, and only with permission.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to take your email off the Zoom call list, at any time. Just email jonathan.lovelady@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the trip comes together. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
